Whether you are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, grief or loss, or wanting to see significant change in long held patterns in your life, I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in creating value from and transforming with the suffering we all experience in life. I practice Gestalt psychotherapy, which is a model of health rather than a model founded on pathology.
Change occurs when one becomes what he is, not when he tries to become what he is not. Change does not take place through a coercive attempt by the individual or by another person to change him, but it does take place if one takes the time and effort to be what he is — to be fully invested in his current positions.
